Does anyone have any plans on how to build a Cat. 1 3PH carry all? I'm talking about a box for the back with removable sides similar to an old International Harvester Fast-Hitch carry-all. I'm sure I could design/build something, but why re-invent the wheel if other people have come up with a good design? Thanks!

I didn't know IH or anyone marketed such a contraption. I have made two similar devices using off the shelf parts. Both started off with a set of Gearmore carryall forks. The forks cost about 95 bucks including freight, so I doubt you could make a set and save money. BTW, stay away from the Howse forks sold by Northern Tool.
Anyway, one set of forks has some extra steel extensions and a 35x60 sheet metal garden cart body bolted to it. The effect is sort of like a small pick-up bed.
The other set of forks has a 24x48 steel mesh nursery wagon bed (sitting sideways) and a class 3 receiver hitch underneath. The nursery wagon has fold down/removable sides and functions very well as a ballast box with two or three layers of cement blocks on it (9 blocks per layer, each layer adds 245 lbs. plus the carryall assembly/hitch at about 150 lbs.).
It’s real handy to have around the place.

Check this site out, it has some 3 point plans. I'm not sure about a carry all, I think one was in there. It also has plans on barns, sheds, cabins, shelters, privys, septic systems, just about everything...Really cheap plans, a few bucks a page. ....
